The Tryon International Equestrian Center is located at the Tryon Resort with all sorts of activities year round. During the Spring, Summer, and Fall, Tryon becomes a go to place for horse enthusiasts as the complex offers several equestrian competitions yearly. Both horse owners and visitors can enjoy the Equestrian Center and all it has to offer. Did I mention that Tryon is one of the World’s best equestrian destinations? It is an amazing place to visit.
People from all over the world come to this great place for training and to compete in the competitions. It does not matter if you are a beginner or someone that has been riding horses for years, you will find something here that is tailored just for you. They provide facilities for hunter, jumper and dressage along with many horse-related events.
Besides the horse training and competition, there is so much more to see and do while you are here. They have an onsite General Store that boasts lots of local offerings. You can get a delicious lunch at the deli or even just a quick snack to hold you over until dinner time. Being a General Store, they also have many items that you might need if you are staying at a local hotel, at one of their cabins or have an RV at the RV Resort. All the comforts of your home away from home.
Tryon also offers many shopping opportunities as well. They offer a year-round saddlerry shop called Dover Saddlery. They also have ice cream, coffee a bar and even an arcade. The Silo Bar is actually built in a real silo! The bar also offers Karaoke and live music for your enjoyment.
As if all that was not enough, Tyson also offers seasonal events such as Saturday Night Lights and Winterfest. Saturday Night Lights is a family event that is offered during the Spring, Summer, and Fall. The event has lots of great food, live music and even has a carousel. Winterfest features fun Holiday activities and dining at all the fine restaurants that are on the property.
If you own an RV, you are in luck. Tryon offers 30/50 amp hookups along with all the amenities. They have onsite water, electric and sewage at every RV space. That means no moving the RV to empty the black tank. While staying in an RV at Tryon, you will have access to a Recreation Center. This area has showers, washers and dryers, and even a TV. If you like games there is even an area for that. All sites have easy access to picnic tables and grills. All the RV sites are pet-friendly. If you need your RV repaired, no problem. The Camper Pro’s is the preferred RV repair center for Tryon and you will often see our truck doing repairs in the RV park. We do all sorts of repairs at a fair price and offer speedy service with no waiting period. They are also soon going to add 70 more RV pads to the resort because of how popular Tryon actually is.
